An outfit concept for Zhongli, a character in the game "Genshin Impact," using a custom EEVEE shader and hand-textured in Substance Painter.
The outfit's design was based on in-game cutscene artwork. It was great fun recreating it in 3D and creating a shader to emulate the game's own character shader.
Disclaimer: face and hair meshes and textures reused from the official Zhongli MMD model by miHoYo downloaded from Bilibili. All clothing, body, and other meshes and textures created by me. After all, my goal with this project was to make an outfit concept for the character as closely as I could to how it might appear in-game, so I did not want to change the appearance of his face with my own interpretation.
